Role: Sales Development Representative (Acquisition) - North America


Responsibilities

  • Grow Bounce’s network and close supply gaps in North American countries.
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and outreach to prospective clients.
  • Work closely with your manager to identify areas for expansion.
  • Utilize provided leads and proactively generate new leads.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery call, sales pitch, close, account creation, and partner onboarding.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English: Required
  • Spanish: Preferred (Plus)
  • Entry-Level Experience: Suitable for individuals with limited prior sales experience.
  • High-Energy & Driven: A strong desire to learn and achieve top results.
  • Comfort with Rejection: Ability to handle rejection and consistently hear "no."
  • Positive Attitude: Charismatic, positive, and “can-do” attitude.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Dedicated to contributing directly to the company’s success.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to self-manage and work towards goals.
  • Interest in Sales/Marketing/Startups: A genuine interest in the sales, marketing, and startup industries.
