Requirements

Candidates should have 1-3 years of SDR or Customer Success Management experience, an energized and friendly demeanor, and persistence and resilience to handle rejection. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong interpersonal skills, and an interest or background in marketing are also required. Preferred qualifications include experience with call recording and CRM software, B2B sales experience, and experience in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Representative will reach out to franchisees and business owners via call, text, and email to schedule discovery calls, collaborating with team members to tailor outreach and overcome objections. They will maintain a volume of 200 calls and 8 appointments per week, interface with clients to encourage activation, and understand client objectives and platform usage.
