Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (internships and SDR programs count)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable reaching out cold to founders and technical audiences
  • High energy, resilience, and hustle to hit activity and pipeline goals
  • Curiosity about AI, infrastructure, and developer tools. Eagerness to learn the space quickly

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound prospecting to high-potential startups and enterprises, using creative outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events
  • Qualify inbound leads and ensure a smooth handoff to AEs
  • Research target accounts and tailor outreach to technical buyers (ML engineers, infra leads, CTOs)
  • Partner with AEs to build territory strategies and account plans
  • Track and measure activity rigorously in our CRM, ensuring predictable pipeline generation
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share customer feedback and sharpen messaging
  • Be a visible presence in the AI startup ecosystem by attending demo days, meetups, and online communities
