Requirements

Candidates should possess business experience, with at least one in a sales-related role, clear communication skills and excellent phone etiquette, the ability to influence and speak with C-Level and senior executives, and a passion and commitment for success. Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, discipline, and excellent time management skills are also required, along with adaptive ability to change in an entrepreneurial environment and a strong technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

As a Business Development Representative, the candidate will execute an account-based Go-to-Market strategy in coordination with their Account Executive partner, become a trusted resource for prospect accounts, uncover new sales opportunities and nurture existing ones, engage with prospects via telephone and email to analyze their needs, overcome prospect objections, achieve weekly and monthly KPIs, maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, work effectively under pressure, drive registration and attendance to trade shows and other sales and marketing events, and travel on occasion to support trade shows and marketing initiatives.
