Responsibilities

  • Learn the business through mentorship and training programs to ramp up quickly and effectively
  • Communicate with customers and use market knowledge to assess and provide essential load information, budget, value, strategic pricing, and other details
  • Develop and create customized shipping solutions based on budget and customer needs
  • Manage day-to-day operations of all related accounts, including formulation and implementation of strategic transportation plans
  • Collaborate and consult with Client Success and Carrier Capacity teams to effectively service customers
  • Bring a growth-oriented, customer-supportive, win-the-day attitude to the floor
  • Become an expert in the business model, competitive advantages, and proprietary software (ARRIVEnow)
  • Support and develop relationships with existing customers, grow their book of business through operational excellence and customer experience
  • Proactively anticipate, identify, respond to, and resolve issues from customers, receivers, and drivers
  • Assist with pricing and quoting as needed
  • Conduct industry research, planning, and needs assessment analysis
  • Leverage industry knowledge and expertise to provide logistic services and solutions, support current customers, and strategically develop new business opportunities
