Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in business or sciences (preferable, but not essential)
  • Extensive sales and business development experience and expertise
  • Knowledge of the local and global mental health/wellbeing arena (advantageous)
  • Demonstrable experience in managing sales targets, exceeding Euro/GBP 1,000,000 per annum
  • Preference for thorough knowledge and understanding of EAP including commercial underpinnings of such programmes
  • Strong project management skills to deal with complex projects under time pressure
  • Solid experience in working with data and programme reporting
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Organised with excellent administrative and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent telephone and online manner
  • Computer literate
  • Strong negotiating skills and the ability to close deals
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a functional and diverse team

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement an effective sales strategy within the UK and Ireland to enable delivery of overall sales targets
  • Effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders (i.e., clinical operations, corporate support teams and external affiliates) to effectively engage potential clients to prospect new business
  • Generate new business revenue as per allocated targets
  • Proactively identify trends within the market to inform and develop value propositions for new or add-on sales opportunities
  • Build, grow and maintain a sales pipeline aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Coordinate, participate and support all sales processes including monitoring and forecasting of sales performance
  • Set up and manage alliances and relationships with various third-party companies such as brokers and channel partners for distribution and/or lead generation
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM
  • Write specifications and proposals
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service
