Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Cultural Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. They must have at least 5–7 years of experience in business development within the cultural, museum, exhibition design, experiential marketing, or themed entertainment sectors. Demonstrated success in securing large-scale projects with public institutions, cultural authorities, or private clients in the GCC region is required, along with experience working closely with multidisciplinary teams. Strong understanding of the cultural and commercial landscape in KSA and an established network of industry contacts are also necessary.
The Business Development Manager will identify and research potential clients, develop new business opportunities across KSA and the wider Middle East region, build and maintain strong client relationships, lead the preparation of proposals and presentations, stay informed about market trends and competitive landscapes, represent the company at industry events, contribute to strategic growth plans, develop and manage strategic partnerships, and travel within the region as needed.
