Requirements

  • University graduate at least with sufficient relevant P&C Insurance and/or broker working experience, resources in life insurance industry (reinsurance) will also be evaluated favorably
  • Experienced in servicing and dealing with major enterprises accounts/internet industry accounts will be preferred
  • Good learning and interpersonal skill, teamwork player
  • High responsibility, resilience and self-driven
  • Passion on innovation, patience on delivery
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English, overseas business/project experience will be preferred
  • Knowledge and insight on P&C insurance and overseas business
  • Overall view and communication skill for multiple contacts in complex project

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing, executing and managing company strategy and action plan to achieve the production budget and engagement target
  • Maintain and develop business relationship with appointed brokers/industrial partner/major client and other related business partners
  • Identify prospects and major pipeline in particular state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and emerging industry client
  • Initiate and organize events, seminars, trainings and other promotional activities for brokers and external partners in line with company direction
  • Understand the company’s operation procedure and ensure the BD operation appropriately align with compliance
  • Company channel portfolio and market analysis and update insurers and insurance brokers market info
  • Control expense to ensure operation with limits
  • Participate in AIG corporate AML training, and be obligated to perform AML related duties, including KYC, large/suspicious transaction reports, high-risk customer reports etc
  • Ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by managers
