Requirements

  • Knowledgeable in electronic design and electronic lifecycle management, EDA, and PCB ECAD Library/component management, Supply Chain data management (Preferred)
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent degree and experience
  • Good understanding of Electronic Design
  • Proven ability to effectively lead teams and change behavior
  • Data-driven approaches for the product and market analysis
  • Business, process, and system analysis
  • Requirement management and definition

Responsibilities

  • Partnership with semiconductor manufacturers, electronic component distributors, PCB manufacturers, and PCBA/SMT manufacturers to identify the key industry trends and opportunities for EDA and Cloud product development
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing partners or customers in the PCB industry
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Electronic CAD component library development team management and release management
  • Research and analyze technology trends in Electronic Design Automation (EDA)
  • Coordinate marketing, development, QA, support, and sales team on product integration efforts
  • Provide product launch support for product and related team
