Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or Environmental Studies, along with at least 3 years of previous sales experience, preferably within the Environmental Services industry, and direct selling experience into Life Sciences (Biotech, Pharmaceuticals), Higher Education, Advanced Manufacturing, or Healthcare industries. Familiarity with consultative sales techniques and a basic knowledge of the environmental services field are also required, along with the ability to be a self-starter with a sense of urgency and eligibility to work in the United States without future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to fuel company growth, cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, proactively prospect and cold-call potential customers, collaborate with sales professionals, represent Triumvirate at industry events, stay current with market trends and regulatory changes, become an expert in Triumvirate’s services, maintain sales activity in the CRM system, utilize Sandler Sales techniques, and apply knowledge of OSHA and RCRA to build trust and demonstrate value, while consistently delivering exceptional service that WOWs both clients and internal teams.
