The Business Development Director will develop and execute a territory strategy to drive bookings growth and win new business with leading Energy accounts. They will actively prospect through cold outreach and social selling, leveraging their personal network to generate new pipeline. The role involves orchestrating complex sales cycles, leading an extended territory team, and negotiating favorable pricing and business terms. The director will also forecast results, provide insights to corporate functions, and present solutions to clients, with approximately 40% travel to customer sites and conferences.
