The Business Development Manager will lead and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives, driving pipeline generation through the development and execution of high-impact campaigns and strategies, building robust training programs to upskill the team, utilizing data and analytics to optimize campaigns and guide decision-making, and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and align strategies.
