We are seeking a high-impact Outbound BDR Manager to lead a team focused on prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities. This role is perfect for a driven, operationally minded, and motivating leader experienced in managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment. The ideal candidate is process-obsessed, resilient, and dedicated to talent cultivation, understanding that outbound prospecting is both an art and a science.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Number: Lead an Outbound BDR team to generate net-new pipeline for the sales organization, consistently meeting monthly team goals for quality opportunity creation.
  • Coach to Excellence: Provide hands-on coaching in cold calling, messaging, and account targeting, with a specific focus on the nonprofit buyer and their use cases. Cultivate a high-performing culture that emphasizes frequent feedback, visible progress, and celebrated wins.
  • Drive Operational Rigor: Manage team performance using data, tracking key KPIs (activity, conversion, pipeline) to identify areas for improvement and enhance outreach strategies and process efficiency.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement teams to align strategies, prioritize accounts, and maintain a consistent flow of high-quality pipeline.
  • Maximize Tech Stack: Ensure effective adoption of tools such as Outreach, SFDC, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, and Sales Nav to boost productivity, scale outreach, and ensure rep accountability.
  • Build Talent: Oversee onboarding, training, and career development programs to nurture early-career BDRs into top performers and a strong internal talent pool for sales roles.
  • Improve What You Touch: Identify and lead the implementation of process improvements to enhance team output and raise overall performance standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience leading high-velocity outbound BDR or SDR teams, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet pipeline targets and coach early-career representatives to success.
  • Strong operational skills, including proficiency in managing performance data, improving workflows, and holding representatives accountable.
  • A passion for people development and a belief in the power of effective coaching to drive performance.
  • Experience utilizing a modern Go-To-Market (GTM) tech stack (e.g., Outreach, Salesforce, 6Sense).
  • A hands-on approach with a bias for action and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Creativity, resilience, and the energy to motivate a team and foster a culture of accountability and growth.
