They should possess strong operational skills, including comfort managing performance data, improving workflows, and holding representatives accountable, along with experience using a modern GTM stack such as Outreach, Salesforce, 6Sense, and ZoomInfo.
As the Manager, Business Development, the candidate will own the number by leading an Outbound BDR team focused on creating net-new pipeline for the sales organization, hitting monthly team goals, and ensuring consistent, quality opportunity creation. They will provide hands-on coaching in cold calling, messaging, and account targeting, build a high-performing culture, manage performance using data, track key KPIs, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement, maximize the use of the tech stack, run onboarding and training programs, and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve team output.
