Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support the data needs of marketing and sales teams by providing timely data extraction, cleaning, and preliminary analysis (e.g., campaign performance review, conversion funnel analysis, user behavior tracking, etc.)
  • Maintain common marketing/sales dashboards and reports (e.g., channel performance, sales funnel, campaign ROI, daily/weekly user growth reports) to ensure accurate and timely data delivery
  • Establish unified business data standards and define core metrics (e.g., new customers, GMV, retention, conversion rate) across different business scenarios to ensure cross-departmental alignment
  • Develop and optimize standardized workflows for data extraction, processing, and report generation to improve efficiency for marketing/sales teams
  • Streamline data workflows, standardize request submission processes, and promote data productization (e.g., templatized reports, automated updates)
  • Assist in building automation tools (e.g., Looker/Tableau/Power BI dashboards, SQL template libraries) to reduce repetitive tasks
  • Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of business data through daily monitoring, validation, and alerts for key metrics
  • Contribute to data platform development by organizing marketing/sales-related data tables, documenting field definitions, and maintaining usage guidelines
  • Deeply understand business operations and data needs, serving as a "data partner" for marketing and sales teams
  • Support data-driven decision-making (e.g., campaign strategy, channel evaluation, sales optimization) to enhance operational efficiency
  • Train and empower business teams on basic data tools and best practices to improve overall data literacy
