Candidates must possess deep knowledge of employer brand, recruitment marketing, and employee communications, with expertise in measuring and maximizing marketing ROI. The role requires self-sufficiency in scoping, converting, and delivering brand projects up to $250K, with full accountability for commercial, service, and reputational excellence. A proven ability to lead and integrate new intellectual property, services, and products is essential, along with the capacity to create and lead the delivery of customized brand solutions and strategies. The Brand Strategy Director must own a client portfolio of approximately $1M, serving as a consultant to client leaders and building senior-level relationships. Demonstrated success in converting $200k per annum from current clients and a strong ability to leverage personal profile and network for new business opportunities are critical. Experience supporting regional capability teams in ensuring a sustainable operating model for brand and digital solutions, in collaboration with regional business leaders and executive operating boards, is also required.
The Brand Strategy Director will develop and lead client relationships, providing brand and talent marketing solutions to drive direct hiring, enhance quality of hire, ignite talent performance, and maximize employer brand value. This role is responsible for generating and delivering revenue targets, delighting internal and external customers to create new revenue opportunities, and delivering progressive solutions to exceptional standards. Key responsibilities include integrating new IP, services, and products into Cielo, creating and leading customized brand solutions, and designing/launching new services and solutions. The Director will advise and direct clients on brand solutions, facilitate thought leadership, and share best practices. They will also lead practice and Cielo's reputation growth by writing thought-leading blogs, speaking at summits/events, and working closely with the sales team to identify and sell solutions. Additionally, the role involves owning service delivery standards, management, and governance within their portfolio.
