Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience is required, with at least 5 years in a brand design leadership role. Preferred qualifications include a strong portfolio demonstrating visual thinking and business impact, experience leading designers, fluency in tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, a refined aesthetic sensibility with a bold creative perspective, strong communication and storytelling skills, and experience with software design for brand, service, and product experience.
The Brand & Service Design Lead will shape the brand experience across all touchpoints, from digital platforms to service interactions. This role involves evolving the visual and verbal identity, building scalable design systems, and leading a team of designers to deliver cohesive, human-centered brand and service experiences. Responsibilities include leading high-impact projects from concept to execution, managing and growing a multidisciplinary design team, evolving the brand system for expressiveness and scalability, collaborating with cross-functional partners to provide design direction and ensure brand alignment, building smart systems and workflows for scalable brand execution, partnering with marketing, product, and customer service to create aligned experiences, and continuously raising the bar for execution and brand expression.
