Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in graphic design or a similar role within an in-house creative department or agency environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications Design, or a related field
  • Expertise in design software, particularly the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
  • Experience with motion graphics, animation tools (e.g., After Effects), or generative AI tools is a plus
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a diverse range of high-quality design work across different mediums

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and evolve brand identity guidelines, including logos, color palettes, typography, and overall visual systems
  • Design a wide range of marketing materials for both digital and print media, such as website graphics, social media assets, email templates, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and event collateral
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate marketing strategies and business objectives into high-impact visual stories
  • Participate in creative brainstorms and develop original design concepts that resonate with the target audience and drive action
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all designs meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and project deadlines
  • Present and articulate creative ideas and design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and refining designs as needed
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand's creative output remains fresh and innovative
