Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Brand Manager to plan, develop, and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies. This role involves supporting product launch planning, product messaging, photography, video, and collateral development, campaign management, retail merchandising, and sales promotion. The Brand Manager will create a vision for the brand's future and establish a roadmap to elevate brand positioning.
Responsibilities
- Manage brand marketing campaigns, including content and full campaign toolkit creation, optimizations, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendor partners to enhance the end-user experience across all touchpoints (online and offline).
- Develop media approaches and plans, working with internal and external agencies.
- Engage product and commercial partners, as well as senior leadership, on proposed plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to plan, develop, and deliver dynamic, world-class content.
- Lead rapid experimentation to test and learn new marketing tactics and approaches.
- Partner with the research team to gain insights into user segments' brand experience, creating user-based benefit-driven campaigns for core and new product categories.
- Work closely with internal sales/channel teams to recommend and develop strategies for brand partnerships and business growth at key retailers.
- Collaborate with the Global Marketing Digital team on objectives, KPI alignment, and tracking of the digital ecosystem, making recommendations for improved execution.
- Partner with Brand Franchise Leads in developing quarterly reviews of brand activation results and marketing overviews for upcoming quarters.
Requirements
- 3+ years of brand marketing experience.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications is a plus.
- Experience in Brand Campaign Development & Execution.
- Experience with launching brand marketing campaigns, developing content & messaging strategies, leveraging insights to drive decisions, optimizing, and reporting on performance.
