Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B customer marketing, preferably within digital manufacturing or eCommerce-based companies serving an enterprise selling motion. They should have experience designing and creating cross-functional email marketing campaigns, implementing and measuring AB testing, and a proven track record of delighting customers and creating successful marketing programs aimed at customers. A basic understanding of integrated marketing tech stacks and data flow is desired, along with expertise in segmentation, list management, and email marketing best practices. Knowledge of the mechanical engineer persona and the buyer journey is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will focus on instilling loyalty and advocacy within Fictiv’s customer base by supporting the strategy of end-to-end lifecycle marketing initiatives, driving initial and repeat conversions, retention, and expansion strategies. They will increase the pipeline of opportunities for the Sales team, develop AB testing roadmaps to optimize the customer journey, optimize email nurture programs, analyze and report on key channel metrics and business KPIs, and work with the marketing communications team to leverage new capabilities and features. This role will also involve refining customer loyalty and referral marketing programs, collaborating with Sales, ABM, MarketingOps, RevOps, Content & Creative teams, and staying on top of email best practices and industry trends, leveraging Marketo and modern marketing tools to deliver targeted campaigns.
