This role focuses on building and implementing design systems to enhance the Cresta brand across various marketing channels. Reporting to the Creative Director, the Graphic Brand Designer will contribute to the evolution of the Cresta brand and support a small team on both large and small tasks.

Requirements

  • Graphic Design Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Brand Designer.
  • Design Systems: Understanding of and experience with design systems and their implementation.
  • Marketing Materials: Experience designing various marketing materials (web, ads, events, presentations, collateral).
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design & Development: Design, build, and refine all manner of marketing materials including those for: web, ads, events, presentations, and collateral.
  • Design Standards: Implement existing design standards in the materials you create and manage the implementation of those standards in outsourced works.
  • New Standards: Help build new design standards that set Cresta above competitive noise.
  • Creative Input: Have a point of view and contribute thoughtfully to all creative efforts, whether that means moving pixels around, or having constructive feedback.
  • Organization & Communication: Stay organized and communicate effectively with creative partners and stakeholders.
  • Innovation: Continuously trial new tools and services that might help elevate the quality of our work, or the efficiency of creative production.
  • Team Support: Be a Team Player: We’re a small team, so pitch in where needed and support your colleagues.
  • Performance Analysis: Learn from results: Find ways to evaluate the effectiveness of your work and contribute to continuous improvement.
