Candidates should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a client-facing role, and a deep understanding of US benefits administration processes. Experience with HRIS, payroll, or benefits administration platforms is preferred.
The Benefits Representative will provide ongoing support and troubleshoot benefits-related issues for clients on Deel's platform, manage enrollments on carrier portals, and conduct quality assurance testing. They will also train clients on the platform, build client relationships by identifying pain points and providing solutions, and act as the voice of the customer by collecting and sharing product feedback. Additionally, they will respond to employee benefit questions, support system navigation, and resolve issues.
