The candidate should also be resilient, self-motivated, target-oriented, curious, and coachable, with an aptitude for learning new technology and thriving in a remote environment.
The Business Development Representative will proactively identify and engage prospects through outbound prospecting, including cold calling and email campaigns, and manage inbound leads. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, conducting engaging conversations to understand business challenges and communicate value, researching target accounts, creating a qualified pipeline for Account Executives, and maintaining accurate CRM records. The role also involves collaborating with Account Executives and sales managers, meeting targets for qualified opportunities, continuously learning about products and the market, and refining outreach techniques based on feedback and coaching.
