Requirements

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, particularly with non-technical stakeholders and external clients. Experience delivering client-facing solutions in implementation, consulting, or embedded technical roles is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a backend or full-stack software engineer, ideally within SaaS or B2B platforms, is necessary, along with fluency in Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, and a deep understanding of software engineering principles.

Responsibilities

The Forward-Deployed Integration Engineer will engage directly with customers to understand their technical requirements and business objectives. They will design and implement tailored technical solutions using Deel's APIs, webhooks, and backend infrastructure, collaborating cross-functionally with Product Managers, Solutions Engineers, and other engineers. Responsibilities include contributing to product planning by relaying customer use cases, building and enhancing product features, debugging issues, providing technical support during onboarding and implementation, and acting as a trusted technical advisor to help enterprise customers maximize the use of Deel.
