Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with over 3 years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or system integration. Proficiency in Python is essential, along with familiarity with AI/ML concepts, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, AI agent frameworks, function calling, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, monitoring), and system integration via APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines is required. The ability to make data-driven decisions and strong communication and project management skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Forward Deployed Engineer will develop, configure, and deploy AI agents using Aisera's platform, integrating them with external systems for seamless workflow automation. Responsibilities include optimizing agent performance, troubleshooting issues in enterprise environments, collaborating with customers and internal teams to define technical requirements and translate business needs into AI solutions. The role also involves conducting demos, presenting proof-of-concepts, gathering feedback, refining solutions, defining project milestones, creating implementation plans, and acting as a trusted technical advisor for AI agent adoption.
