Requirements

The candidate should have 5+ years of experience leading software implementations and managing enterprise or high-complexity customers. Expertise with project management tools and systems such as Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, and project tracking software is required. Experience with mortgage software/system implementations, comfort with technical systems and configuration, and a passion for customer success, problem solving, and proactive risk mitigation are essential. Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, the ability to influence stakeholders, and experience using API tools like Postman or Swagger for testing, debugging, or validating requests/responses are necessary. Prior experience with SaaS implementations requiring API integrations and collaboration with customer dev teams to troubleshoot integration issues is also required. Preferred qualifications include experience documenting API workflows or contributing to integration guides/runbooks, understanding of loan origination workflows, familiarity with mortgage data, and prior experience mentoring or coaching other implementation consultants.

Responsibilities

The Implementation Consultant will own complex customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, leading delivery and execution across all stages of the onboarding lifecycle. They will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through platform capabilities, best practices, and strategic configurations aligned with their business needs. The consultant will independently manage multiple high-impact customer projects with competing timelines and stakeholders, lead customer discovery sessions, synthesize findings, and design tailored implementation plans. They will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience, identify and resolve roadblocks quickly using data and insights, and create and maintain implementation assets. Additionally, they will mentor and support junior team members during onboarding and delivery efforts.
