Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience with a focus on storage solutions and possess domain knowledge of Enterprise and Data Centre hardware products, with a preference for Enterprise Storage products. A strong entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The role requires consistent customer follow-up, proposal and quote writing abilities, and the capacity for travel. An Engineering Degree is mandatory, along with either an MBA or M-Tech. Technical sales experience, particularly in hardware/software sales within a professional environment, is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Sales representative will promote Western Digital's enterprise products to IT System Integrators and Value Added Resellers, developing strong business relationships with key partners in the West India Region. Responsibilities include achieving quarterly sales targets, developing and managing the sales pipeline, preparing and delivering sales presentations and quotes, explaining product value propositions to distributors, SIs, and customers, and understanding and effectively selling against competitive product lines.
