We are seeking an ambitious and adaptable Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team and help customers solve their data needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing.
  • Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
  • Articulate our value proposition up and down the organization, from engineer up to CxO.
  • Forecasting predictably and hitting sales targets.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years of quota carrying Enterprise Security sales experience.
  • Target Audience: Experience selling to Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT Personas (CISO/CIO’s).
  • Startup Experience: Experience working with at least one earlier stage start-up organization (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
  • Sales Performance: A proven track record of landing 5+ new logos each year and demonstrated ability to run a complex sales process.
  • Channel Experience: Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
  • Demand Generation: Ability to create demand in a territory and selling un-budgeted solutions.
  • Sales Methodology: Background using MEDDIC.
