Strong sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals, are essential, as is the ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions.
As a B2B Sales Account Executive – Fiber, you will proactively generate leads through external networks, cold calling, and door-to-door outreach to small business and mid-market customers, and you will serve as a point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and presenting AT&T’s fiber-based broadband network assets. You will also be responsible for delivering value-added solutions, maintaining a self-starter mindset, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas, which can potentially reach up to 500% of the base salary through commission and bonus structures.
