Candidates should have 2+ years of proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role, ability to multitask and prioritize, experience with sales techniques (Sandler, Challenger, etc.), a track record of achieving opportunity generation goals, experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and familiarity with Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
The Commercial Sales Development Representative will be responsible for raising awareness and generating interest through cold calling, emails, and social outreach, conducting high-level conversations and presenting Authentic8's value proposition to prospects, scheduling discovery calls between prospective customers and Account Executives, meeting monthly objectives and reporting to the SDR manager, actively participating in team learning opportunities, and staying up-to-date with new products and industry trends.
