Requirements

  • Ability to work as part of a team to maintain and operate automated equipment and systems in a safe and consistent manner
  • Experience in performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on machines, equipment, and tools
  • Skills in testing software engineering solutions
  • Ability to work closely with technicians, engineers, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues
  • Capability to assist in training new employees on proper machine handling
  • Knowledge of calibrating machines properly
  • Proficiency in monitoring equipment performance and making necessary adjustments
  • Adherence to all safety regulations and procedures

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and operate automated equipment and systems to achieve maximum performance
  • Collaborate with process technicians to validate tools and equipment, and report anomalies detected
  • Work with quality auditors or engineers to validate equipment, and with supervisors to propose downtime reductions
  • Liaise with spare parts store to define maintenance intervention needs
  • Coordinate with production supervisors and engineering teams
  • Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on machines, equipment, and tools
  • Test software engineering solutions
  • Assist in training new employees on proper machine handling
  • Ensure machines are properly calibrated
  • Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments for optimal output
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
