Requirements

Ability to work as part of a team to maintain and operate automated equipment and systems in a safe and consistent manner
Experience in performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on machines, equipment, and tools
Skills in testing software engineering solutions
Ability to work closely with technicians, engineers, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues
Capability to assist in training new employees on proper machine handling
Knowledge of calibrating machines properly
Proficiency in monitoring equipment performance and making necessary adjustments
Adherence to all safety regulations and procedures

Responsibilities

Maintain and operate automated equipment and systems to achieve maximum performance
Collaborate with process technicians to validate tools and equipment, and report anomalies detected
Work with quality auditors or engineers to validate equipment, and with supervisors to propose downtime reductions
Liaise with spare parts store to define maintenance intervention needs
Coordinate with production supervisors and engineering teams
Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on machines, equipment, and tools
Test software engineering solutions
Assist in training new employees on proper machine handling
Ensure machines are properly calibrated
Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments for optimal output
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
