Candidates need 5+ years of experience in the Automotive Industry, in-depth knowledge of Automotive F&I products and services (ideal), business development experience in F&I Dealer Services or Automotive B2B territorial sales (asset), ability to travel throughout the territory, and strong skills in sales, prospecting, and relationship building.
Responsibilities include supporting existing dealer partners with in-person visits and training, developing growth plans, forecasting sales targets, building relationships with prospective partners, providing product information and presentations, delivering sales and claims training, and ensuring quick follow-up on needs.
The role requires day-to-day travel throughout the assigned territory for in-person support and prospecting, and seeks a self-starter who can adapt between independent and collaborative work while achieving results under pressure.
