Responsibilities

The Associate Implementation Consultant will configure ProcessUnity's software applications for clients and provide training on how to use the solutions. Responsibilities include assisting with the delivery of remote and onsite implementation workshops, leading and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, and delivering day-to-day support to existing clients. The role also involves participating in knowledge transfer sessions, product training, and other strategic initiatives.
