The ability to implement strong strategy plans and bring tasks to completion is also required.
The Associate Account Executive will represent Baxter and its products, build trust with healthcare professionals, and identify solutions to meet customer needs. They will provide product in-service training for the Patient Support Systems portfolio in hospital settings, support territory sales activities, assist with training new sales team members, and act as a liaison between the team and customers. Responsibilities also include working alongside the sales team and customers, participating in delivery/implementation planning, driving new sales opportunities, meeting sales quotas, conducting negotiations, finalizing sales, and leading new product installations post-delivery.
