Responsibilities
Manage the full cycle recruiting process in Workday (posting jobs, conducting interviews, coordinating final interviews)
Complete job offer and onboarding processing through Workday
Set up and conduct orientation for store associates as needed
Own partnership with local HR Business Partner to post or add hiring events or resources
Manage the first 90 days of employment for new hires, measuring early-stage retention
Own store engagement programs, including daily, weekly, and period-based recognition
Ownership of compliance at the store/location level, including processing timely terminations, I-9 processing, Minor Binder (Work Permits) management, and support scheduling and Kronos reporting
Own the off-stage locations within the store (break rooms, office, training spaces)
May serve as the Person-In-Charge for portions of weekly schedules (based on volume and need)
