Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process in Workday (posting jobs, conducting interviews, coordinating final interviews)
  • Complete job offer and onboarding processing through Workday
  • Set up and conduct orientation for store associates as needed
  • Own partnership with local HR Business Partner to post or add hiring events or resources
  • Manage the first 90 days of employment for new hires, measuring early-stage retention
  • Own store engagement programs, including daily, weekly, and period-based recognition
  • Ownership of compliance at the store/location level, including processing timely terminations, I-9 processing, Minor Binder (Work Permits) management, and support scheduling and Kronos reporting
  • Own the off-stage locations within the store (break rooms, office, training spaces)
  • May serve as the Person-In-Charge for portions of weekly schedules (based on volume and need)
  • Perform other duties as assigned
