Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, Communications, or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required in provider enablement, digital health, CRM training, or healthcare operations. Additionally, at least 3 years of experience in team leadership with proven coaching and development skills is necessary. Experience managing or supporting large-scale CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, is essential. A deep understanding of healthcare interoperability and EMR ecosystems, including Epic, eCW, athenahealth, and Veradigm, is required, along with exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills.
The Associate Director will lead a team responsible for developing and scaling tools, training, and resources to support interoperability solutions. Key responsibilities include creating enablement materials such as product overviews, playbooks, and FAQs, and operationalizing new products through go-to-market processes. This role involves leading Salesforce CRM training and onboarding, supporting dashboard development, and managing the Interoperability SharePoint repository. Additionally, the Associate Director will create digital vendor manuals, serve as the liaison for Marketing and Creative teams to develop promotional strategies, and collaborate with leadership on annual goal planning and performance tracking.
