The Associate Director, People Operations should have experience managing the operational aspects of People Operations, including HR information and team member record management, contract and employment agreement creation, and compliance. They must be able to evaluate and recommend enhancements to HRIS functionality, ensure compliance with global employment and contractor laws, and maintain accurate and confidential team member records.
The Associate Director, People Operations will manage the integrity of internal team member data and information within the HRIS system, generate reports, and conduct QA and regular audits. They will ensure compliance with global employment and contractor laws, develop and update HR policies and procedures related to record-keeping and agreements, and oversee record-keeping processes including documentation, retention, and disposal. Additionally, they will implement and manage electronic record-keeping systems and advise on best practices.
