The Associate Director, Customer Success - Revenue Recovery will manage post-sale relationships with strategic clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. They will act as the primary strategic advisor for enterprise clients, driving revenue recovery through deduction management, chargeback prevention, and dispute resolution. Responsibilities include leading client onboarding, training, and value realization, serving as an escalation point for client issues, and partnering with sales to identify expansion opportunities. The role also involves acting as a liaison between clients and the Revenue Recovery services team, translating client goals into internal priorities, mitigating delivery friction points, and streamlining internal workflows. Additionally, the Associate Director will document and scale best practices, serve as an internal subject matter expert on Revenue Recovery, and contribute to defining Pacvue's market position in this area.
