The ideal candidate should possess 7+ years of experience in media, marketing, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in Analytics and 1+ years of experience in a managerial role. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, and strong experience in media analytics, particularly digital media, is also necessary.
As the Associate Director, Analytics, you will lead your team of Analysts in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of analysis across assigned client accounts, develop and execute campaign measurement and data strategies, and develop Analytics talent on your team. You will also be responsible for planning, executing, evaluating, and communicating data-driven, digital marketing results and actionable insights, including the development and implementation of holistic, cross-channel measurement (and testing) plans.
