Responsibilities

  • Develop, drive, and execute sales strategy in DACH to engage clients and new business prospects.
  • Deliver the company’s revenue and profitability objectives in DACH, quarterly and annually.
  • Overall responsible for sales (with direct management responsibility for the enterprise segment), local hiring, new business, and account management.
  • Manage and develop relationships with top existing and new clients or other related stakeholders in the assigned region.
  • Track pipeline, develop and communicate accurate forecasts to senior management.
  • Develop and implement business plans to deliver agreed commercial objectives in the DACH market.
  • Create a strong working mechanism between Sales and Services, focusing on alignment, collaboration, and execution.
