The Associate Director, Enterprise, Account Executive, DACH requires a proven track record of driving new business and developing go-to-market strategies, specifically within the DACH region. Candidates should possess significant C-suite connections in DACH, demonstrating strong market knowledge and the ability to build and optimize scalable processes to sustain growth across geographies. A “people-person” with self-driven initiative and the capacity to implement systems, processes, and growth strategies is essential.
As the Associate Director, Enterprise, you will focus on developing and executing sales strategy in DACH to engage clients and new business prospects, delivering revenue and profitability objectives, and being responsible for sales, local hiring, new business, and account management within the region. You will track pipeline, develop accurate forecasts, create business plans to achieve commercial objectives, and ensure alignment between sales and services teams, ultimately driving the company’s growth in the DACH market.
