The Commercial team at H1 partners with colleagues and customers to deliver valuable products, deeply understanding customer needs and user workflows to solve problems innovatively.

Responsibilities

As an Account Director, you will drive H1’s business to meet revenue goals by:

  • Managing overall assigned account revenue, including:
    • Maintaining existing contract value
    • Implementing revenue expansion strategies
    • Forecasting revenue (short & long-term initiatives to grow accounts by established KPIs)
  • Maintaining key stakeholder engagement across C-Suite, Regional, Franchise, and Business Unit Heads.
  • Managing an international team focused on commercial efforts (account management, marketing, client case studies, vertical market growth).
  • Effectively managing and executing the sales process and activities.
  • Serving as H1’s ambassador within the Client’s Steering Committee.
  • Reporting sales pursuits on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Liaising with H1 international Customer Success and Implementation Teams to align on delivery and ongoing support.
  • Attaining knowledge on client’s business and technology needs.
  • Managing and updating customer relationship tools for each client interaction.
  • Partnering with H1’s Legal Team to process all necessary agreements and work orders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in selling SaaS technology.
  • 3+ years of experience managing the entire relationship of global accounts.
  • Experience with Value-based selling.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Comfortable with traveling to customers up to 20% of the time.
