Candidates must possess 8+ years of experience in selling SaaS technology, along with 3+ years of experience managing the entire relationship of global accounts. They should have experience with value-based selling and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment, with a willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
As an Account Director, the individual will be responsible for driving H1’s business to meet revenue goals by maintaining existing contract value, developing revenue expansion strategies, forecasting revenue, and engaging with customer stakeholders, including the C-Suite. They will manage an international team focused on commercial efforts, serve as H1’s ambassador within the Client’s Steering Committee, report sales pursuits, liaise with Customer Success and Implementation Teams, and manage customer relationship tools.
