Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 7 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a demonstrated track record of successfully closing large, complex deals with Fortune 500 companies or similar organizations. Experience working in a high-growth startup (Series A or Series B) is required, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives and other senior decision-makers is essential, and experience in cloud, SaaS, data infrastructure, or enterprise software markets is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in managing long sales cycles and navigating complex procurement processes is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive new business by proactively identifying, targeting, and securing new enterprise clients through strategic prospecting and consultative selling techniques, build and manage relationships with existing customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, partner with internal teams to craft customized product demonstrations and business value propositions, consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals by managing full sales cycles, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction, stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings, and maintain accurate sales activity tracking and forecasting using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
