The Associate Customer Success Manager will manage and foster relationships with up to 200 client accounts, acting as the face and voice of Deel. Responsibilities include building deep relationships, strategically guiding clients, training them on Deel processes and platform navigation, leading client interactions with a focus on product adoption and growth, strengthening relationships by solving challenges and eliminating churn, and becoming a trusted partner by understanding client business needs.
