Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in paid media marketing, retention strategies, or related fields within an eCommerce company. Strong ability to build and manage creative briefs and collaborate with cross-functional teams is required. Proficiency in analyzing platform data and translating it into actionable insights, along with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects, is necessary. Familiarity with email, SMS, and paid social platforms, a strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, and experience with reporting and web analytics tools are also important. Comfort working collaboratively with brand, creative, and external agency partners, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving KPIs are essential. Experience working in Meta and a cancellation deflection tool, as well as experience in subscription services, health and wellness, and the eCommerce space, are considered advantageous.
The Senior Associate, Retention Marketing will build detailed campaign briefs to guide strategy and execution, serving as the key liaison between the Paid Media team and the Creative team for timely campaign launches. They will partner with the Paid Social team to execute retention paid ads, monitor daily channel performance, and maintain reports on ad efficiency, cancellation offers, promotions, and campaign performance metrics. Responsibilities include monitoring performance and producing detailed reports on cancellation flow metrics, owning the creative brief process, and managing the production of site assets, paid media, and mailer creatives for retention campaigns. The role involves maintaining, designing, and building efficient cancellation deflection flows, collaborating with the CRM team for cross-channel campaigns, and supporting retention roadmap planning. Additionally, the associate will document and archive channel campaigns and assist in creating and executing a robust testing plan to enhance campaign effectiveness and scalability.
