The Senior Partner Success Associate will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of care partners and clinicians. This role involves creating engagement strategies for referring clinicians, preparing for executive meetings with partners, and building relationships with health systems, medical clinics, and strategic partners. Additionally, the associate will use data to identify growth opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to inform product and operations strategy.
