The Associate Customer Success Manager should be a passionate business builder who enjoys tackling complex problems and driving business impact. They need to be comfortable diving into data for insights and possess strong cross-functional project management skills with multiple stakeholders. Experience in managing and fostering relationships with a large number of client accounts is essential, along with the ability to train clients on platform processes and value propositions.
The Associate Customer Success Manager will manage and foster relationships with up to 200 regionally assigned client accounts, building deep relationships and guiding clients through their experience journey. They will train clients on Deel processes and platform navigation, lead client interactions with a focus on product adoption and future growth, and strengthen relationships by solving challenges and eliminating churn. The role also involves becoming a trusted partner, understanding client business needs, and building solutions to their problems.
