The Associate Account Manager will be responsible for growing revenue within assigned client accounts, providing support to senior management and C-level contacts, negotiating contract renewals and expansions, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, and proactively managing customer success. They will also advise clients on best practices for securing their businesses and troubleshooting challenges, while maintaining a structured cadence with named customer accounts and closing deals.
