Candidates should have a minimum of 1+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience, and previous experience in at least one of the following: fast-growth startup, or consulting. Strong project management skills are required, along with the ability to identify and flag risks related to onboarding delays.
The Associate Customer Onboarding Manager will be responsible for handling accounts with lower/medium complexity onboarding requirements, serving as a trusted advisor to clients by providing strategic guidance and facilitating on-time onboarding through project management. They will also be an internal advocate for clients, championing new products and capabilities, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and providing a high-quality experience to customers while collecting product and operational feedback.
