As a Senior Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will lead comprehensive onboarding sessions for new customers, including trial kickoff calls and tailored training. You will facilitate the smooth handoff from Sales to Customer Success, implement a structured onboarding process, develop and deliver training sessions, coordinate with cross-functional teams, track key metrics, mentor junior team members, and engage with key decision-makers to establish strategic success metrics.
