Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience. Prior experience in the waste or transportation industry is preferred.
The Associate Account Manager will proactively maintain and retain relationships with existing customers by making outbound calls and responding to inbound calls for commercial and industrial waste services. Responsibilities include developing a thorough knowledge of company services and pricing, performing contractual re-signs, responding to cancellation requests, and capturing customer emails. The role also involves utilizing Salesforce daily to schedule and document activities, minimizing rate restrictions and customer credits, and increasing customer penetration by selling additional products. The Associate Account Manager will regularly meet with their Sales Manager to review progress and key customer relationships.
