The Assistant Store Manager will communicate brand values to customers, troubleshoot the point-of-sale system, and oversee inventory management. Responsibilities include developing new customer service processes, managing daily schedules, opening and closing the store, leading team meetings, directing a team of 8-10 members, assisting with performance reviews and onboarding, and fostering an inclusive, service-minded work culture.
